                                                        Strength and Conditioning

                                                        To be the strongest, the fastest and the most powerful - that is the goal!  Use the articles below to help keep your technique sweet.  All exercises below are functional and are specific to the key movements associated with touch.  If you build your programme around full squats (engaging your gluts), dead lift, stiff leg deadlift and core stability you will not only be teaching your body to move in the same way as you do on the field, but you will help to prevent muscular injuries.
