                                                        Participation

The participation level is for those who know the rules and who have generally played touch for at least a season.  Some players choose never to progress from this level and this is by far the biggest group of players who play our sport.  They love the sport, the social aspect of meeting new people and hanging out with their mates and the active nature of touch.  Whilst new skills and tactics will inevitably and often indirectly be learnt at this level, it is fun and participation that is the focus.  At the participation level we offer both 'Touch for All', and a corporate 'Walkers Summer League' throughout the summer months.  See below for more details.

                                                        Touch for All
'Touch for All' is an initiative that runs on a Monday evening from the end of March to the end of April.  It is a free service where anyone can turn up and play and train at their level.  The coaches will divide you into groups of ability from begginers through to advanced and you will learn new skills, play games and meet new people.  It is an informal way to get to know new people, learn a few more skills and get fit.

Monday Nights 6.30-8pm March-April @ La Boulivot Pitch, Grouville F.C. (see map below for directions).

                                                        Walkers Summer League
The Walkers Summer Leauge runs on a Monday night after the last 'Touch for All' session which is perfect for players who have been upskilling or do not yet have a team. The league runs for 10 weeks (April-July).  Approximately 35 teams play across three divisions in mixed, men's and ladies competitions so there is an appropriate grade for all players including those at the participation level.  For more information about next season's competition including entry forms, please keep visiting the summer league page on our website.
