                                                        Nutrition for Touch

                                                        The nature of touch involves bouts of high anaerobic output across a tournament of one to several days.  Therefore it is important to consider fueling the body to meet the sport's high nutritional demands.  You need to know what to put into your body during different times in the season including the off-season, pre-season and during tournaments.
